Therapy Services, Scheduling & Fees
What I Offer
I provide psychotherapy for adults and teens 14+, couples, and families. My approach is insight-oriented, solution-focused, and relational. This means we’ll pay attention to how past experiences shape your present life and relationships, but we’ll also stay grounded in the here and now, exploring what matters most to accomplish your goals.
Areas of Focus
Therapy for Anxiety and Depression, Conflict and Disconnection, and Life Transitions
You don’t need a specific diagnosis to begin. You just need a sense that something isn’t working—and a willingness to explore what might help.
People come to therapy with me to work through:
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Life transitions, identity shifts, or general stuckness
Grief and loss
Relationship patterns, intimacy, and attachment
Family dynamics and parenting
Experiences of being “too much” or “not enough”

Insurance and Reimbursement
About Out-of-Network Therapy
I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I am not currently paneled with insurance companies. However, I can provide you with a monthly superbill—a receipt that you may be able to submit for reimbursement, depending on your insurance plan and provider.
Reimbursement rates vary by plan and license type. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), which may affect eligibility. I encourage prospective clients to contact their insurer to learn more.
If your insurance provider requires additional documentation, I can offer a treatment summary—but I do not provide therapy notes or formal treatment plans.
Free Consultation
Let’s See if We’re a Good Fit
I offer a no-cost 20-minute phone or video consultation so you can get a feel for working together and ask any questions you have. A strong therapeutic relationship is the best predictor of success in therapy—you deserve a therapist who feels like the right match.
